Dividend Reinvestment Plan

The Company in conjunction with Capita Registrars has recently introduced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan that enables shareholders to reinvest cash dividends into additional shares in the Company. For shareholders to apply the Final Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008 to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, application forms must be received by the Registrars by no later than 27 April 2009.
