When does Videndum report its financial results?plus

Videndum’s financial year ends on 31 December. Annual results for the financial year are usually announced at the end of February of the following year.

In addition, Videndum reports interim results for the six months to 30 June each year, which are usually announced in August.

Shareholders should be aware that fraudsters may try and use high pressure tactics to lure investors into share scams. What do I do if my personal details have changed?plus

If you have a Shareview portfolio you will be able to change your address, email address, dividend choice and dividend payment instruction online.

If you wish to change other details, to transfer shares or lodge a power of attorney or other legal document please contact our registrar, Equiniti Group.

What should I do with my share certificate(s)?plus

Share certificates should be kept in a safe place. You will need them to sell/transfer your shares.

What should I do if I have lost/misplaced my share certificate?plus

There is a charge to replace your share certificate, so we advise that you ensure you have looked thoroughly before requesting a new one.

Why do I receive duplicate documents?plus

If you have more than one account on the share register you will receive documentation for each account.

What do I do if a shareholder has passed away?plus

If you are administering the estate, you may need to transfer shares into the names of beneficiaries or sell the holding.

You will need to contact Videndum’s registrar, Equiniti Group, telling them what you are going to do.

They will then send you the forms you will need to complete. You will be asked to supply a certified copy of the death certificate, together with an appropriate authority to deal with the estate, such as a Grant of Probate.

With effect from 29 November 2019, Videndum changed it’s registrar from Link Asset Services to EQ Group plc. All records have been transferred to Equiniti Group.

Please contact Videndum’s registrar, Equiniti Group, if you have lost your dividend cheque and need a replacement.

Equiniti Limited can also assist you in setting up your share account so that you receive dividend payments directly into your bank account.

Will I receive a tax voucher when a dividend is paid?plus

A Dividend Confirmation is issued to shareholders showing relevant information for each payment. If you participate in the DRIP, in addition to the Dividend Confirmation, you will also receive your Income Tax Relief Certificate.
